Real Estate ("The Company") is a full
service real estate company. Our staff will provide outstanding service for
you. San Discount Real Estate is a member of the Californian Association of
Realtors and the National Association of Realtors®.
We make the home
buying and selling process convenient while saving you money.
First, the
clients will be provided the addresses of properties meeting their search
criteria. The clients would then drive by the property to check the exterior of
the home and the neighborhood. If there is any further interest, your agent
will arrange for a tour of the property. Our agents will manage the entire
escrow process. You will receive full service and be assigned a live agent that
will lead you on the interior tours. We will provide all the traditional
assistance with inspections, escrow, legal, etc.
Be sure to have
your loan pre-qualification or approval with you prior to any tours being
arranged. Offers with pre-qualification letters attached have a better chance
of being accepted.
We recruit
seasoned agents to be representatives of the company. Our agents have
experience and knowledge about the areas where they are living and working.
