Many of La Mesa’s homes offer beautiful mountain, city or bay views. Consisting primarily of single-family detached homes, La Mesa residences range in price from the high $300,000s to $3.5 million. College Hill homes are priced from the mid $400,000s to the low $600,000s. Homes in La Mesa Park, Vista La Mesa, and Lake Murray Village vary from $300,000s to $500,000s.
