Qualcomm Stadium (formerly known as Jack Murphy Stadium) was built in 1967 and is home to the Chargers and the San Diego Trolley ties the area together and offers a great transportation option wishing to avoid the rush hour traffic.
A building boom in the 1990s added hundreds of condominiums, apartments, and townhouses to Mission Valley.
